Since 2013, Bailey’s Property Detailing has been offering high-grade commercial cleaning services, primarily focusing on the building and construction industries. Some of our previous projects include the Robina Bond University, Sinnamon Village Aged Care facility and Nanango Office and Library Refurbishment.

Our Carpet Cleaning and Shampooing services, now available to domestic customers, delivers the same level of service our commercial clients are used to – in your home, at affordable prices.

Servicing areas include Brisbane and the Gold Coast (at no call-out fee*) and the Sunshine Coast (call-out fee may apply), 7 days a week.

Bailey’s Property Detailing only use commercial-grade carpet cleaning machines to ensure the best result specific to your scenario.

Photos of your job sites will help us determine what machine will need to be used at the booking stage.

All machines carry upholstery extensions to clean couches and chairs. This service can be acquired as an optional extra.

Preparation & Aftercare

To ensure maximum coverage, it is recommended that all rooms subject to cleaning are free from any obstacles including bedding, furniture, and clutter. BPD can assist in the removal of furniture at extra cost to you, however, will not be responsible for any damage caused in the action of doing so. Any removalist fee will be included on your quote at an option to you, starting at $10 per room.

For a typically-sized bedroom, the entire cleaning process, which includes pre-spray, shampooing and deodorizer, is estimated to take between 15 and 30 minutes. Once complete, the room subject to clean should remain uninhabited for at least an hour, or until dry (timeframes may vary dependent on the status of the carpet).

Pricing

Our minimum pricing, excluding deep clean and stubborn stain removal, is $30.00 per room, at a minimum of two (2) room’s per booking. Each additional room is $20 thereafter.

Stairways (which are considered a ‘room’), due to the manual procedures required, is charged at $35.00.

Hallways, also considered a room, is charged at $30.00.

Please advise us of the number of rooms (including stairs and hallways) you will require, as part of your booking. Pictures are always preferred to ensure an accurate quote.

Payment Options

Bailey’s Property Detailing currently accepts Bank Transfer (EFT), PayPal, ZipPay, VISA, Mastercard, and American Express payment methods.

Cash payments can be accepted but are not preferred.

As an Australian company, customers will be issued with a GST Tax invoice and receipt for proof of purchase can be provided, where requested.

Invoices must be paid in advance of service being completed.
