Bailey’s Property Detailing offer decontamination cleaning services aimed at killing surface-based bacteria via a range of Australian sourced, hospital-grade disinfectants.

We offer two levels of service – Peace of Mind / Precautionary Sanitation or Deep Clean Decontamination (COVID-19).

Precautionary Sanitation is relevant to dwellings, workplaces or facilities with one or more suspected cases of COVID-19 in low to medium risk environments, but may also be required as part of scheduled maintenance or for peace of mind.

Deep Clean Decontamination is required when there are one or more suspected cases in a high-risk facility, or one confirmed case in any setting.

Our services extend to commercial, industrial, and residential dwellings within South-East Queensland and are effective against a broad range of bacteria including Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), Enterococcus faecalis (VRE), Klebsiella pneumoniae (CPE/ CRE) and Acinetobacter and is also proven effective against Candida albicans, Hepatitis B virus, Herpes Simplex virus and the Influenza virus and Coronaviruses including SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19).

How It Works

Decontamination cleaning is achieved through an appropriate combination of both fogging, which is a technique used for killing bacteria that involves using a disinfectant spray directed by a blower, and manual sanitation of the subject areas. An example of our fogging can be viewed via this video.

We only use hospital-grade disinfectants from local Australian suppliers including Agar Cleaning Systems Pty Ltd’s CounterFlu (ARTG 332361) and Tango (ARTG 104423), as well Whiteley Corporation Pty Ltd’s Viraclean (ARTG 69000).

These products are certified for use under the Australian Department of Health Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). Public Summary information of these products, as published via the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG), is available for viewing by clicking on their respective names, above.

Although these products are safe for both commercial and domestic use, properties must be vacated (including pets and animals) during the service, and is recommended that areas subject to decontamination are not reoccupied for a minimum for 2 hours after the service has concluded.

Our team only uses equipment and personal protection equipment (PPE) and products that complies with the Australian Government’s COVID-19 Infection Prevention and Control guidelines, and have completed the relevant Australian government COVID-19 Training and Infection Prevention and Control Course.

Payment Options

Bailey’s Property Detailing currently accepts Bank Transfer (EFT), ZipPay, PayPal, VISA, and Mastercard payment methods.

Cash payments can be accepted but are not preferred.

As an Australian company, customers will be issued with a GST Tax invoice and receipt for proof of purchase can be provided, where requested.

Invoices must be paid in advance of service being completed.
